Condition monitoring

The MT3 and MT4 modules are electronic control and condition-monitoring devices built to supervise and safeguard hoisting and travelling machinery. Their main job is to continuously track operating conditions and help avoid unsafe situations, such as raising or lowering a load under potentially hazardous circumstances.

Beyond their protective role, MT3 and MT4 also log equipment usage and support maintenance planning by estimating the remaining design working period (DWP) per FEM and ISO standards, giving operators and service teams useful insight into duty history and better control over lifecycle performance.

Built for wide compatibility, MT3 and MT4 fit a broad range of hoists and drives and work with both variable-speed and two-speed drives. These units pair dedicated crane hardware with software, and their built-in display allows programming, calibration and easy access to stored values.
