Well suited to construction and maintenance work, VHR Ex is a tough, compact manual hoist built for potentially explosive (Ex) atmospheres. It covers gas & dust hazardous zones 1&2 and 21&22, carrying ATEX Marking Ex II 2 GD c IIC T4 T+135°C. Capable of raising loads up to 20 tons, it suits hazardous areas that call for Ex-proof equipment where only manual operation is possible.

VHR Ex safeguards operation in ATEX environments largely through its corrosion-resistant, precisely calibrated load chain, along with carefully chosen components such as an overload limiter, stainless steel hand chain, bronze coated hooks, high duty powder paint, hooks with safety latch in standard.
